buyers

Like our parent company ADKO (A Different Kind of Mortgage) Mortgage Network, we are a value driven business. Our convictions
run deeper than our bottom line.

Want to know what drives our success?  You!  Most of our business is generated by referrals - a clear indication of satisfied customers.  Our past clients return again & again with new projects of their own; almost all refer a friend or relative to our firm.   We're confident that you will too.

Our Advantages

Borrower

Good business practices create good  relations with our financial institutionsm the  gateway to access the best of our products.  With a network of over 100 lenders, our loan officers have the resources they need to find and matchour clients with the financing they need and want on terms they can appreciate.

Trusted and respected in the industry, out loan officers are tested professionals that get the job done, done right & done on time.

 Our Principals

Faith based business needn't be a tricky subject, nor a contridiction in terms.  When faced with the decisios that our costomers are depending on us for, it's easy.  Our company motto is "Do the Next Right Thing".  The Godspel tells us "whetever you do to the least of your brethenm you do unto me".  We expect that He would be pleased that we take this exact approach with each and every one of our customers, who are not just our clients, but also our brothers and sisters in our loving God.  The maximum broker fee charged by our firm almost never exceeds 1.5%.  This is about half as much as the national average.
